After letting people stay in the house for free, I’m now looking to build a community: like-minded people who care for the house, know each other, and trust each other.
There’s a limit of twelve member to the club - otherwise the group gets too big and establishing trust becomes too hard.

Your household (partner, kids, pets) can stay at the house as long as you like, in coordination with other members.
You’ll get added to a group chat to coordinate with other members of the club and get news about what’s going on in the area.
The Höga Kusten area of Sweden is quite popular and getting access to a comparable house will cost 1500 EUR on AirBnB in summer, or 2500 EUR in winter.
Hotels go for 1000 EUR a week.
